Management of the Conquest MRI Appeal
Our brief was to support the Conquest MRI Appeal Board raise £1m in 2 years.
This was achieved in 12 months.
Our role:
For a monthly retainer, Yellowgem provided the MRI Appeal Board a full marketing and administrative support for the project. Organising and minuting the meetings ,setting up and running web and social media pages; posters, leaflets and mail shots; coordinating volunteers and fundraisers; keeping track of donors and thank you’s; putting on many events and promoting them, including Jo Brand at the De La Warr; coordinating collection tin placement and supermarket collection days; organising the PR and publicity.
Our role was flexible and we got stuck in to provide all the support they needed for a wonderful cause.

Management of East Sussex Healthcare Charitable Trust
Our brief was to support ESH NHS Trust in developing their fundraising platforms
Our role:
As well as setting up their website and Facebook Page we helped with organising a committee to plan their fundraising activities as well as attending Board meetings to present ideas and progress.
Included in the many initiatives we introduced was the Eat Sussex Healthcare Lottery which now runs throughout the Trust and can be played by by both NHS and the General Public. The number of players is now over 200 and growing fast. It’s a fantastic way to bring in income for the Charity on a regular monthly basis.
We are also retained to develop the Charities branding and identity with a gradual and ongoing programme of updating their public persona and presence.
